Creekside Plaza Office Park – San Leandro, CA – 2001
A Class-A office park of 316,965 square feet in four buildings located at the intersection of Davis St and San Leandro Blvd in San Leandro, CA, directly across from the San Leandro BART Station.
Creekside Plaza, a sought-after business address, is the result of a collaborative effort with the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, as well as our design and financial teams. A Mediterranean style of architecture was chosen, reflective of San Leandro’s early Portuguese heritage. Arches, stone wainscot and window frames, and decorative mosaic tile patterns address the City of San Leandro’s rich historic heritage.
Belmont Village Center – Belmont, CA – 1999
A 15,000-square-foot retail and dining center located at the intersection of El Camino Real and Ralston Ave, directly across the street from the Belmont Caltrain Station.
The center, which consists of three buildings, features pitched roofs with dormers, all-wood shiplap siding, and doors and windows that create an intimate village dining and shopping environment.
Sequoia Station – Redwood City, CA – 1994
A 178,000-square-foot community shopping center located on a twelve-acre site on the El Camino Real between James and Jefferson Ave.
The Caltrain Station for Redwood City adjoins the Center, and a 310-car parking garage for the San Mateo Transit Authority was constructed directly beneath a portion of the Center. In addition, ample surface parking for over 500 cars is available for the shoppers.
