Residential Projects
Point Tiburon – Tiburon, CA – 1988
A master-planned condominium and retail community located on San Francisco Bay in the heart of Tiburon in Marin County.
Point Tiburon features sweeping views of San Francisco, Angel Island, and the Golden Gate Bridge from 67 townhouses along the bayfront. 54 homes surround a 3.5-acre lagoon and 34 face the marsh restoration area. A distinctive bridge connects the two retail buildings across the lagoon. The restaurants, shops, and boutique office spaces on the lagoon are an extension of downtown Tiburon’s small commercial area.
The Point Tiburon development was our first redevelopment project. It transformed the town of Tiburon and became a landmark community in the Bay Area.
